Dr Kou is great. She is very thorough, patient, and knowledgeable. She answered all our questions and considered the options that were best for us. Sam, the tech was amazing. He was efficient and knew exactly what he was doing. I am not easily impressed and I was impressed today. The three stars came from combining the store and the vision exam in the same rating. The general staff is very polite and nice, but it is very off putting to walk in and see only designer brands, Jimmy Choo, Versace and such. I am a Walmart kind of gal, looking for good quality at a reasonable price. I don’t even look at their frames anymore they are sooooo expensive.

I can't recommend Dr. Jhala enough! She is an incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate optometrist. What means the most to me is the care she showed my mom when she experienced retinal bleeding. She was so attentive and went above and beyond to make sure my mom received the care that she needed. Anyone would be lucky to have her as their optometrist!

Experience overall was great and had no major issues; that being said, one instance that did sour me was that I was rescheduled for an additional follow up appointment (exactly 1yr later) during my initial visit without informing me of this. Thankfully I check my email consistently to see I had received a notice nearly a full calendar year later informing I had an upcoming appointment and if I didn’t cancel with appropriate notice I’d be billed a fee. I was traveling for work and this location was convenient for me at the time, and I certainly would have objected to being rescheduled had I been informed because of that fact.

Once Dr. Kuo arrived to see me everything went very smoothly and I had a great experience. However, she was running late and it took about 45 minutes to get seen. Dr. Kuo took her time and answered all my questions and explained everything in detail, so that was great! She is very personable and engaging.

I was very displeased with my experience with Dr Jahla. The assistant was unprofessional and I don’t believed she got my correct information. I corrected the optometrist bc she was calling me the wrong name and I felt she got upset, but if you’re seeing patience know who you’re talking to. She addressed me by my first name, never address me correctly and calling me the wrong name. Not going back there again. I must give props to the young man at the counter and the black lady that helped me with the glasses, they were awesome. Won’t go here again.
