The ladies here are amazing! They took care of me from start to finish with my eye exam , ordering my contacts and glasses. They made me so comfortable and worked with me through the whole process. They genuinely care about their patients here. 😊
I had an appointment with Dr. Marissa Koopman, yet when I went there I was assigned to Dr. Briana Rodriguez. The office staff was wonderful, very friendly and nice! They made the office experience very pleasant. However, my time with Dr Rodriguez felt rushed. I don’t think she’s a bad doctor at all, she just doesn’t have much bedside manner tbh. Overall the experience was good but I would probably not return back to see the doc.
I had a fantastic experience at Southside Family Vision. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. The office is clean, modern, and runs like clockwork — I barely had to wait. I also really appreciated the help I got when picking out new frames. The team was patient, gave honest feedback, and made sure I found something that fit my style and budget. If you’re looking for a top-notch optometrist who combines expert care with a personal touch, this is the place to go. I won’t be going anywhere else for my eye care!
Had the most amazing experience here! Dr Rodrigues was incredible. Super sweet and explained everything to me that was a concern for me. Fabulous selection of eyewear as well as the nicest and most helpful employees and owners.
I’ve come here 3 times already and each time I get the best customer service. Certainly take their time and offer great suggestions based on what you desire. Glad to able to have this place. :) I’m pending new glasses, i’ll keep this updated once I get them for my final star :) Update: Picked up my glasses and they’re beautiful. When I arrived I was seen quickly, which is plus for this busy mom. I was asked to try them on and once I did I was immediately told they were too loose and needed to be adjusted. Once that was done I tried them on and they were perfect. To top it off they provided some cleaning lens supplies. Great service across the board. Highly recommend. :)
