I really like my eye doctor Dr L - Vicki! She is super sweet and always open to every question I have! And willing to help with my aging eyes and contacts.

The staff was super friendly. I felt I got a really good eye exam and all my concerns were dealt with. I did find the prices a bit high and they did not offer any new customer discounts so that was a disappointing but overall a wonderful place.

I felt very appreciated to be there. From the moment I walked through the door, the team made me feel like I was their only patient of the day. The eye doctor talked to me like I was a friend, made me feel very welcomed. She took time to explain issues with me, I felt very comfortable. Trying on new frames was lengthy - so many choices! But patience was on their side, and they really helped me to decide on which pair was best suited for me. I can't imagine anybody not giving this clinic a five star rating!

I don't know if doctor Chad was having a bad day or what but he made my kid cry within 5 min of seeing him. Very harshly and rudely lectured her about her possibly not being responsible for contacts. The whole reason we made this appointment was for her to get contacts!! He knew nothing about my daughter or how responsible she is. He made a random assumption about her and went off. We didn't even finish the appointment she was so upset. We have never had a professional speak to us like that. We left with her in tears. Never gonna back!!

Great experience. Professional, personable, knowledgeable. Makes me feel like I’m very important to her as she takes care of my vision. Always informs me of her findings regarding my vision and asks if I have any questions.
