My husband went for surgery. The crew is nice and caring. They check in on my husband that night. The lady who brought him to my car was very helpful. Bravo team. Always found a place to park the few times there but sometimes only 1 spot open. Sometimes a few. Husband said he felt very taken care of.

Dr. Chang has been my dad's doctor for a few years now. My dad is quite happy with his care and service. I recently met him and can see he truly cares about his patients needs and comfort. From my understanding he is one of the few doctors available for glaucoma in the area. Dad highly recommens!
Last week, I had an appointment and everything went well. I was in and out within an hour, which I appreciated. My only concern is that the doctor requested a follow-up visit in one week, but the scheduling of that appointment was overlooked. After paying for my visit, I asked about scheduling the follow-up and was told I needed to pick up my contacts first. When I went to the optical department, no follow-up appointment was scheduled. Today, I called to arrange the appointment, and my call was answered by a staff member named Consuelo. Unfortunately, from the beginning of the conversation, she was rude and displayed an unprofessional attitude. The call ultimately ended with her hanging up on me. I did call back and got a friendly employee by the name of Daniela. Thank you Daniela for making it a positive experience after being hung up on. While my clinical visit was positive, my experience with the front office staff was disappointing. I believe the office would benefit from additional training focused on professionalism and customer service.
I had a very pleasant experience at Southwestern Eye Center, it was pretty quick appointment, they got me in and out pretty quickly. Brian Chang, the surgeon, I enjoy talking to him, as you know, obviously impaired in legally blind, but I always feel that. I’m getting the best care for my eyes there, thank you.
Went in for an exam. I could see perfectly fine, just needed to order more contacts. Doctor changed my prescription. He made my right eye blurry. So I came back and told him and then he charges my LEFT eye. Now I have two blurry eyes. I came back a third time to just get my old prescription from years ago. Waste of time and money. The doctor needs to retire
