I have had fine care ay this facility. But, since they were bought by southwestern eye center, they charge an additional $65 to check your prescription for glasses. I think they refer to it as "refractory exam". This is on top of your deductible. This was scheduled for an annual eye exam. Therefore i will be returning.
Having been to Southeest Eye Center in Anthem since a couple of years, I want to express my thanks and the feeling that I have landed in the right hands when it comes to eye care and especially when Dr Sidhu started treating me. The whole staff is also friendly, attentive, welcoming and professional and - as odd as it may sound - I always look forward to going there.
They do a good job regarding my eye care but a bad job getting their patients in to the patients scheduled appointment on time. I checked in today at 9:40 am and am still sitting in the waiting room at 10:20 am. 40 minutes late so far. This is the second time I have been here I wait way to long for my appointment. I am guessing they overbook appointments. I will most likely not go here again.
I had a great experience! Staff were friendly and efficient . Dr Stagner was very calm ,caring and professional which put me at ease. I would highly recommend Dr Stagner and Southwestern Eye care.
My annual eye exam appointment as the Southwester Eye Center in Anthem is always successful. The exam is thorough and professional made by a caring and professional staff!
