Great office! From making the appointment to checking in, the office team is amazing. I had a great experience, I felt heard and listened to. Dr Bluth is very knowledgeable and kind. I also enjoyed the non-pushy wrap up. I’ve been to other eye Dr’s that turned into a name brand sales pitch at the end. Instead I received my prescription and was on my way. Such a great experience all around!!
My cataract eye surgery done by Dr. Pfister went very well & I'm thankful for having such a skilled surgeon. I now have 20/20 distance vision with the Turic Intraocular Lens. During the surgery, Dr. Pfister explained what he was doing in a calming manner. The Nursing staff & the Anesthesiologist at the East Valley Peaks Surgery Center were equally amazing. I felt well taken care of by all involved. I never felt any discomfort until later in the day I took a pain pill & was good to go. I'm at day 3 after the surgury & I feel great. I highly recommended Southwestern Eye Center for this procedure.
All went smoothly. Easy checkin, seen on time, everyone pleasant. Appt went quickly but didn’t feel rushed, yet any questions I had were answered. Will be seeing the surgeon next but so far pleased with SWE.
Came here after my second cataract surgery for follow up. Same experience as my first follow-up, the staff and Dr. Bluth are simply lovely. Took their time, listened to my one small concern and addressed that. I am happy to report that both eyes this morning are wonderful and and very pleased I chose Southwestern Eye for these procedures and would not hesitate at all in recommending them.
Location is easily accessible. Staff is friendly, courteous and efficient. Doctor explained the process and listened to me. I look forward to improving my vision and returning to activities that I enjoy.
