Dr. Jeremy Anderson is always very thorough and personable. He always takes his time explaining things and answering questions. I have my husband and mother-in-law going to him now, and they feel the same way. The staff is also friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend him and this practice.

I've been going to Dr. Anderson for years, and I'm always pleased with the whole experience at Spartanburg Vision. Dr. Anderson provides excellent care, and I'm thankful for his attention to my questions and concerns. I wear contacts and glasses, and I've always found the team helpful, their selection robust, and their response to issues quick. I've recommended the practice, including the other doctors, to several people and they have nothing but good things to say as well.

I’m really not impressed with this eye doctor’s office. They rescheduled my new‑patient eye exam twice with no explanation, which already didn’t give me much confidence. Then, after my appointment, the staff member helping with frames told me she’d be with me in a few minutes. I understand finishing with other customers, but after waiting and still not being helped, I ended up just checking out instead. When your patients are dilated and literally can’t see well, having someone available to help pick out frames isn’t just a courtesy — it’s part of the experience. Instead, I felt like more of a burden than a valued customer. Because of that, I’ll likely be taking my purchase of frames and lenses elsewhere. Also I'm not very confident my prescription is actually correct either. So, there's that.

Would give ZERO stars if I could! Spent $600 on a SINGLE pair of glasses WITH insurance. Lenses pressure cracked within 4 months of purchase- wanted to have them replace them. I had to call TWICE because the first order was never placed, and they had to put a rush order in to get them. Waited 3 weeks for replacements, with cracked lens in the glasses I wore daily. They wanted me to use the warranty insurance and pay for the replacement when the lenses weren’t damaged at my fault. Replacement didn’t have the correct color of transition on the lens. “There is nothing they can do, they have it was the same color.” I am EXTREMELY sensitive to light and now I’ll have to just eat the cost on another pair of glasses somewhere else without being able to use insurance. After wearing for 2 hours, my eyes physically hurt. I noticed they didn’t have the blue light filter that I paid for in the cracked lens. And I am having difficulty believing this is my prescription. I tried contacting them and was told “the manager is out and they aren’t really sure what I should do about not being able to see.”

Been a patient at Spartanburg Vision and Dr. Anderson since I was in high school and now my children are too. Appointments are always well organized, fast, and informative. We love it there!
