I experienced some vision changes that were concerning and the ophthalmologist’s office referred me to Dr Kamer at Wilkins. Great customer experience, even before the consult. From front office staff to the comprehensive exam, and fitting for new glasses, these folks are caring, knowledgeable, professional.
Great experience at this office. Dr. Kamer is very knowledgeable and takes his time to sit with each patient individually. The staff is also super friendly and helpful.

Excellent eye exam Very nice friendly staff They are not cheap, but you get what you pay for, if you want cheap go to the place that has $69 dollar glasses.
The young lady who checked me in was so pleasant and helpful, both on the phone and in person. She is amazing! Dr. Hicks was professional and listened to my eye issues, offering useful tips. I received my glasses the next day, and I love them! They look great, were reasonably priced, and I can see well with them. The service from the staff was outstanding, far better than any other eye doctor I've visited in Spartanburg. I will definitely return to Wilkins!
