Wasn't the patient (my roomate was and I helped drive her to appointments when she had vision problems) and Dr. Jamell was amazing! We ended up being referred to a specialist but when we were going there everything was great.
The absolute best eye care. Dr Jamell is courteous, thorough and the best I have ever been to.
I have gone to Colorado Eye Care for years and find the entire staff to be terrific!
Go anywhere else. The doctor is great but the rest of the staff is beyond incompetent.
Didn’t get past the rude receptionist. I called for a routine eye exam. Told her my childs medical insurance covered routine eye exams (and that’s how I found this office) and she argued that that wouldn’t be the case. I wasn’t going to argue with her even though I was right and if she would have taken her time to listen and look into it she would have known that. So I called my insurance to double check and I was absolutely right…and made an appointment with someone else. She was rude and wanted to argue instead of just getting my info. Some patients DO know what their insurance covers.
