Terrible service. First you can never get anyone to answer the phone to make an appointment. I left several messages and sent request through the website. After 3 days I drove to the office to make an appointment. They gave me a run around about my insurance. I finally said I would self pay but they refused to schedule me. Absolutely horrible!
I’m not sure why I make an appointment ,if there are 5 people before me,and it will take 3-4 hours. No room to wait I’m not ready to waste my time

If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible service and follow up. I’ve been waiting over a month for my refund. $1725 is not a little amount of money and the fact they act like they don’t date makes it disgusting . NEVER GO HERE!!!!! Oh can’t forget the fact for the process to get cataract surgery is terrible. Had me and my mom waiting almost 6 hours just to schedule the appointment. Had us jump through hoops like an animal. Disturbingly rude people all around. Only nice one is Amanda!! We waited hours and hours and instead of showing empathy the staff snaps back when you ask them why is it taking so long. Overall, Terrible, terrible, terrible !! Never go here please save yourself the trouble
Love Dr Gupta and his staff. An amazing doctor who actually cares about your best interest. His staff is very professional and very compassionate. They do not rush you in and out, they promise you the proper care and therefore, you may be in the office for a longer wait, but notwithstanding, you will be satisfied with your overall treatment. Thank you for your continued care of my mom.
