As a new resident of the Shoals, it can be nerve-wracking to find new providers. I was thoroughly pleased with Specs Downtown, from setting my appointment with Ashley to my exam with Raleigh and Dr. Thigpen. It was very thorough and they took the time to go over all my exam results and discuss my options for glasses. The office is really nice with a lot of character with exposed brick and colorful artwork. They have a patient for life!

I was living one of those commercials about “to never run out contacts”, and I was was able to get an in as early as they opened! I like the more laidback atmosphere of the office. Laid back, but from everyone who signed me in to Dr thigpen business was extremely efficient. I had a very good experience with all the staff. Very very recommend!!

My 4 year old son had an appointment and needed an RX. Dr. Thigpen and all the staff we came in contact with were fantastic. We also purchased his glasses here which insurance covered in full. I would absolutely recommend them.

Very grateful to the staff for helping out the tourist from England who had run out of contact lenses. Probably the best customer service I received in my month in America. Thank you so much for helping me see!

I really loved it here. Just asking isthere some why t keep kids at the other locations. This place is t small of a place t have young kids. Or maybe a time and day set for school age kids.?
