Greeted by friendly well informed staff. Great selection of good quality and designer frame. And good prices. Got my eye exam this past week but have had several new frames from this store.

i always have a very difficult time choosing frames. i had my eye exam and new prescription over six months ago and still unhappy with what i have seen in most stores. i went to your store in Tottenville on Staten Island and was greeted by Philomena. i explained to her that i have thousands of dollars worth of of frames in a drawer at home and i hate how i look in every single one of them. Philomena took her time and her experience to help me find the perfect frame. Philomena had a great sense of style and knew exactly what would look good on me. She chose a frame that honestly, i would not have given a second look and it turned out to be perfect! in the end i purchased 2 new frames! Give that woman a promotion and a raise, lol!!

For anybody who needs glasses I can’t say enough about how great the people were at Specs For Less. I was literally seen At the exact time my appointment was made for. The doctor was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and the staff that help me pick out my lenses after the eye exam were equally as kind. The entire experience from beginning to end could not have been any better

I came to get a last minute eye check and did not have a chance to check my benefits beforehand because contact exams were always covered. They told me my insurance doesn’t cover contact exams. I got my exam and they charged me 135 dollars. After that I went to another store to get my contact lenses and they ran my insurance and told me the exam was covered the whole time. Really disappointing expierence.
