My wife and I both had an excellent experience at the Millmont location. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, especially Paul. Paul really took the extra time with us from start to finish. Paul is very kind and patient, for neither my wife nor I are not the easiest people to work with. The whole time we were there, we never once felt rushed. In my honest opinion, the best place in Charlottesville to get your glasses.

Paul soldered my broken glasses when I couldn't find anyone in the Staunton area to make the repair. This office was very kind on the phone and provided excellent and quick service. Highly recommended.

They have a great selection of glasses and Paul is really great! He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me find the perfect pair for my face and made sure they were adjusted right the first time! I will be getting all my families glasses here and look forward to working with Paul again!

The night before we left on a two-week journey, a pair of titanium glasses broke at the hinge. Paul replaced the arm of the glasses for a very reasonable price. On top of his kindness, he quickly made the glasses functionable again. We appreciate the amazing service! 👏🏼
