I asked for the results of the examination and a contact lens prescription three times (I visited, called, and emailed), but I never received anything. I also did not received a detailed bill (the amount was clearly inflated). The price quoted for the contact lenses was $20 less than what I was actually charged. And again, no receipt to verify the cost.

Dr. Cerrone is so amazing! He makes sure to address all of the issues at hand and get you the best care. Whether it comes to contact prescriptions or issues with your eyes, he is thorough with his exams. Sue at the front desk is also amazing and so kind. She works quick to get all your needs taken care of. I drive the hour away to them because I know the quality is unmatched.
Dr. Cerrone has been my eye doctor for years, and he is quick, thorough, and pleasant. Always easy to get my annual appointment. The office manager/receptionist has been there for years and is always nice and helpful. I dread him ever retiring because I don't ever want to have to find anyone else!
Felt fine after my first visit to get contacts for the first time ever despite being denied contacts “until later”. Thought that was normal. Everything seemed much clearer with my glasses, but I still couldn’t read things I remember being able to read when I had perfect vision, like the fine print on the license plate of the car stopped directly in front of me at a light. I came back 5 months later eager to get my contacts (and possibly a new prescription) and left with neither. I was wrongly told the cost of the appointment and contacts on the phone, and the doctor was very careless when I asked him to examine my eyes again. Would not recommend this place if you want a considerate doctor who genuinely wants to take the time to do his job.
This is a professional yet relaxed office. The receptionist is efficient, cordial and knowledgeable. The doc is thorough and explains what he is doing in a way that is easy to understand. I also very much appreciated that he had my chart there and was looking through it as we went along with the exams and tests, making sure that he was up-to-date on everything. Unfortunately I have found that to be a rarity today that doctors actually read charts so it is even more appreciated.
