If I could give a place zero stars I would. Absolute WORST costumer service. They have been giving my mom the run around for 3 weeks. She doesnt have her contacts. The store keeps the prescription and doesn’t provide a copy so she can order elsewhere. She ask for her contacts to be delivered. The manager is rude and incompetent. There has been a lot of miscommunication on her part and on top of that you cant bother to learn your customers names? You keep addressing her by the wrong last name. Where is her order? When will it be ready? Is the cloud fixed now? Or do you want to call someone else on speaker phone and have her speak to this random person? You are unbelievably rude and this is the third week without any concrete and accurate update on her order. FIX THIS IMMEDIATELY. We have already addressed this with you Ms Manager face to face and it was useless. Maybe this review will fix your cloud and find my mom’s order. Making her drive an hour bc of your mistake is diabolical and inconsiderate so since you told her “to do whatever you want” here’s your permanent review.
