Dr. Elaine Steffensen is incredible! She took grat care of my mom, and quickly diagnosed an eye condition that several other physicians completely missed. Thanks to Dr. Steffensen, we finally have a clear treatment plan for my mom’s eye health. I am so incredibly grateful. The rest of the staff were also professional, courteous, and efficient!
Lisa and Valerie especially stood out for being so nice to my mom, and made her feel right at home for our brief visit. Highly recommend!

I love Berkeley Eye Care Memorial. They take very good care of you. Everyone is so nice. Dr. Skidmore has been a huge help with my dry eyes. Her staff, Kim and Yubi, are also great. The optical staff, Paulina and Sandy, are also good at helping you find the best lenses for the best price. I always enjoy my visits there.

Dr. Skidmore and Kimberly were both great! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and efficient. The doctor took the time to thoroughly explain everything during my exam and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. The eye exam itself was very detailed, and I appreciated how clearly they explained my prescription and options. They genuinely seemed to care about my eye health and comfort, not just getting me in and out. The office was clean, modern, and well-organized, which made the whole visit even better.
