I've been a patient with Ella Eyes for several years now. At first it was just geographical convenience, but I would happily travel further away to be treated here. EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER always makes me feel welcome. This is a refreshing and rare quality for ANY office! As for Doctor Ngo, she's AMAZING! She's extremely knowledgeable in her field, yet easy to talk to and makes me feel at ease during EVERY visit, without exception! She explains everything and allows me the opportunity to ask questions, which she listens to. I have a pretty severe dry eye condition, which is why I decided to have the IPL treatment. This has greatly made a difference, not only in my eye health, but my skin as well. The improved appearance of my skin is actually a fortunate side effect of the IPL treatment! I'm a 59 year old woman. But my facial skin makes me look younger than my years. I HIGHLY recommend Ella eyes for any and all vision services! I look forward to my next visit!

Dr. Nguyen is remarkably knowledgeable and skilled, she accurately fitted both my eyeglass and contact lens prescriptions with great attention to detail. I especially appreciated the time and care she took to find contact lenses that fit comfortably, which has made a noticeable difference in my daily wear. The office staff is also professional, courteous, and welcoming during every visit. I appreciate yall for taking me last minute and actually making me feel like home I just want to start of by saying yall are the best in exams due to me having other experiences this was one of the best. They are up to date on theee equipment and also showed all I needed to know about my eyes. It was a smooth evaluation and gave me my results . The staff was the best at taking care of me and all I have to say is this is one of the best if your doubting someone to take your eye exam ⭐️

My wife and I have been seeing Dr Hang Nguyen for 20+ years and now my kids also she her. She is exceptionally thorough and explains her diagnostics very clearly making you feel at ease that you are in the best of care. She now sees our kids and she is so gentle and understanding with them and they love going to see her. The staff is extremely friendly and so helpful when it's time to pick out frames. Overall an amazing Dr and office that puts patients first. I wholeheartedly would recommend to friends and family.

Exceptional Eye Care with a Personal Touch I had an excellent experience at Ella Eyes on South Voss. Dr. Hung Nguyen uses advanced technology and explains eye health clearly. The showroom is elegant, yet cozy, and filled with great eyewear options. Sarah, David, Diana, and the whole team were highly professional and attentive. Highly recommend!
