My family has been patients at this office for several years, and we absolutely love Dr. Zwolensky! She is kind, compassionate, and genuinely caring. We trust her with all of our eye care needs and highly recommend her practice.

I was very happy with the service I received from Autumn. She was so helpful in helping me select the right frames for me and at my price I wanted to spend. She was very knowledgeable and courteous. She made the experience wonderful. I usually dread picking out frames because I’m so picky with my selection and price. She helped me find just what I wanted.

Spectrum Optical was recommended to me by several friends and I'm very happy to report, my friends didn't lead me astray. From start to finish the entire process from check-in to check-out was great. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was explained to me and I felt very comfortable with the paperwork and the examination. Dr. Hamric was terrific and really was patient with me as she determined my current vision status and condition. I couldn't have expected any better appointment than what I had today. I also received tremendous assistance with getting a new set of glasses. Having such great customer service on top of tier 1 medical is really rare today. I suggest you check them out at Spectrum Optical is you're in need of getting your eye issues checked.

I had an appointment with Dr. Hamrick today. The minute I walked in the door I was greeted by the receptionist in a cheerful voice. After she checked me in I only waited maybe five minutes. The technician you conducted my initial exam was very cheerful, professional and knowledgeable. After seating me in an examining room for maybe five minutes Dr Hamrick came in. She done a thorough examine of my eyes and we discussed a few options. She took the time to listen to my concerns and address them. After my exam I was greeted by Ben who assisted me in picking out my new glasses. He was so patience with me. I have been coming to Spectrum Optical in Morgantown, WV for several years and wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. The staff are very good listeners. A++++++++

I do not recommend this place. When I went in for an eye exam I was only supposed to get a new patient exam that one of the test I had to get done was with some kind of green light. They ended up doing a dilation as well. Also when I went to pick up what I was told that was paid for ($600 after insurance )they added on another $13 because they said the insurance kicked it out., when I contacted my insurance, they said that they had never been billed. The last time that they were billed was in 2023. I went back to Spectrum to get a breakdown of my glasses and they said that they have a copy of what my eye insurance pays and that it can take up to 30 days for insurance to pay. They said they charge me accordingly, because they know what my insurance will pay. I almost $700 in to this eye exam plus my glasses. My glasses that I have are not from Spectrum they are my own frames so I was charged for that and charged because they are out of warranty ( BS) I DO NOT recommend Spectrum unless you want to pay HIGH prices and be treated terribly. I was told by several people that this is how spectrum was , I should have listened!
