DO NOT RECOMMEND… Not only is it an all day wait but the people here are very unprofessional. Wait time is ridiculous! Many overcharges! Plan on making several trips and paying hundreds of dollars without having anything accomplished! These people are real winners. I witnessed an elderly patient who arrived for an appointment. They told him they didn’t have him scheduled, but I seen this mans appointment card. He had the correct date and time. They turned him away. I found this disgusting. I won’t be sending anyone here or recommending anyone be seen here.

I'm thrilled with this place! You'll find this hard to believe, but I've had higher success here than at NYU Langone in New York City! I've been so impressed with everything at the eye center. Thanks a lot team!

PEOPLE AVOID THIS PLACE! This place has THE WORST BUNCH OF INCOMPETENT IDIOTS IVE EVER SEEN! They schedule appointments with people knowing they drive hours to go there from Nicholas Co, then once they arrive they are told they do not have an appointment. My dad had this issue, he showed the receptionist his paperwork that clearly showed the appointment date and time for his appointment. Her response to him was “sorry we don’t have you scheduled.” UNREAL! My dad is in his 70s, he can not drive. He has to get someone to drive him more than 2 hours to this dump only to be told their scheduling department is too incompetent to schedule correctly. More or less they don’t give a crap how much it cost an elderly man to pay someone to drive him this distance just to be turned away and sent home. Outrageous and very unprofessional to say the least! Please don’t waste your time or money lining the pockets of these crooked cons! There are other reputable eye doctors that actually care for their patients and are competent enough to hire educated scheduling departments. This place is not one of them! Don’t help promote businesses that treat people this way! They don’t deserve 1 star!

My daughter Noel and Grandson both go to the Eye Institute here in Morgantown. It's connected to the Physician's Building via walk way inside the hospital. Especially handy when weather outside is bad The staff here is very nice. The common areas are always so clean. I love this lobby area with all the greenery and trees, it's like you are in a peaceful jungle. We were able to see doctor and make appointment for next month. Nice department if you are in need.

I was with an individual at his appointment. The care here is awesome. The one complaint we had was sitting in the room while the resident typed his notes. We sat there for 25 minutes with no verbal comments at all. Sitting there watching him type. A lot of our time wasted. There has to be a better system where the resident can enter his notes.
