Great doctor(Dr. Chang) but the staff needs to be replaced as their communication and respect are lacking. The scheduling department and their manager are inconsistent when it comes to appointments and then try to pass off blame to others for their unprofessional behavior. How is a person supposed to know their is an appointment if you don't call them ahead of time. Many doctor facilities perform this because they documentation can get loss so they send reminder calls ahead of time to let them know they have appointments coming up. That manager kept arguing with me for 30 min and if i dint hang up would have kept going because she would not take accountability for her and her teams short comings. So in conclusion great doctors but the receptionist will bring down the business if they are not careful.

CityMD Nanuet sent to this location due to the painful infection in my right eye. I'm also extremely sick with sore throat. This was the alternative to ER. They indicated that this place was ready to accept me right away. I'm now waiting over an hour and a half and still have yet to see the doctor. And one of the assistant (I think her name was Kim) just asked me to sit back at the waiting area because they have another patient, and I'm just a walk-in. I should have just gone to ER. It would have been faster and probably less rude.
my uncle with medical issues has been waiting for over two months for his glasses he spent almost $1000 for. Anytime he or a family member calls they get a runaround about why they're delayed. Apparently the glasses broke while the lens was being installed. No callbacks as promised and no sense of urgency.
Doctor is great, the wait is not. Expect to wait at least 2 hours before being seen. Unless you have nothing better to do with your time find another place.
Excellent Doctors, staff and equiptment. Dr Chang really knows his stuff and has an excellent manner in addition to his world class knowledge.
