I did wait a little bit, but I got there a few minutes late. But the women by the glasses were very friendly and helpful as I looked through some of the glasses there. I usually go to the Derry location, but tried the Raymond location since it's a few minutes closer. Nancy took me in and did all the initial tests or readings from the different machines. She was able to get all pictures quickly, which usually doesn't happen due to me blinking or whatever issue occurs. Dr. Wood was good and friendly as usual. I have never had an issue with Spindel and my family have been going here for years. The new Raymond location worked out well and was not much different than the Derry office, all good.

Dr.Vazin was exceptional in his examination and his treatment. Dawn his assistant was professional and explained each step as she got to them. Everyone was kind, pleasant and humorous with us.

The most thorough exam I ever had. Everyone was so nice, informative, welcoming,thoughtful. They tool the time to explain things. Did not feel.like just a number as I have at other places.

Dr. Leo was very informative and the rest of the staff were friendly and attentive. Excellent, clean and organized location.

Everyone here is so incredibly nice. I went in not feeling my best dealing with sinus issues and extreme facial pain to get my eye exam. They recommended that I get my eyes dilated to check the nerves etc. I was nervous but I knew that it had to be done. They don’t push things that you don’t need. They were so incredibly patient, so calming, sweet, explained everything in full detail details. From the sweet receptionist, to the young woman with the beautiful long hair who did the initial exam and doctor, I cannot recommend everyone at this location enough. I will now schedule my entire family to come to this location because I absolutely agree that routine eye exam is a must. If I could give them 10 stars I would.
