I called to order contact lenses and Diane made the whole process a breeze! She was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful from the moment she picked up the phone. She walked me through everything efficiently and answered all my questions with patience and a great attitude. It’s rare to find someone so professional and personable over the phone. Gary and Diane go WWWAAAYYY beyond excellent service. I especially appreciate the attention to workmanship and billing is beyond compare. My husband and I had a good experience at Springfield Opticians. Everyone was very friendly and very helpful. The exam showed some problems with both and was given referrals to have the problems addressed. They had a great selection of glasses to choose from. Very nice place to go with great service.
