Two stories about Dr. Feder's care: Story One: Our daughter had complex and pervasive neurological involvement, including impediments to eye focus and tracking. Dr. Feder led her through a program for training her eyes. She made remarkable progress and was fully cured. Today, she is a professional musician specializing in violin instruction. She admits that without Dr. Feder's help, she may never have been able to master music sight reading and maybe never would have become an accomplished musician. Now, she is teaching violin and music theory in her own studio to young students, many of whom have neurological impairments. They love her because she understands them. And she thanks Dr. Feder for helping her make this happen. Story Two: I have been wearing glasses most of my life and have moved around quite a bit, seeing many Ophthalmologists and Opticians. None of they provided as thorough and careful an exam as Dr. Feder. Recently, he advised me that there has been some thinning of the optic nerves in both eyes. This appears to be new. Right now, it is not an impairment, but we will be tracking it through regular exams. After researching it on my own, it became clear that chronic, severe sinus infections can and will cause such thinning. I have been battling such an infection most of my adult life. Even surgery did not provide lasting relief. The concern about my optic nerves led to to find a specialized nebulizer designed to get deep into all the sinus cavities. Also a nebulizer solution designed for this device. Tomorrow, it should arrive and I will switch from my standard nebulizer to this specialized device. If it were not for Dr. Feder's thorough exam I would not have known my optic nerves needed help.
Doctor Feder and his office team are very polite and helpful when we come to their office. Doctor Feder has explained my son everything he can do to take better care of his eyes. He helped him choose the best pair of glasses for him. My family have been doctor Feder’s patients for years and we trust him.
I've been going to Dr Feder for over two years now. I'm extremely pleased with his attentiveness to my eye concerns, he and his staff are professional and always pleasant at each visit. I strongly recommend going to his practice, Spring House Eye Care.
Dr Feder is thorough every time I have a routine eye exam. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I would recommend Dr Feder office to anyone looking for a good eye doctor.
