The office had no respect of time. I waited over 2 hours to been seen and I had a scheduled appointment. The doctor recommended surgery and that I would get a call back and yet after almost three weeks and left several messages no one replies. I would not recommend this if you have any emergencies. The surgical department never answers or returns calls.

My experience with this office was completely unacceptable. After waiting two months for an appointment, providing a referral (which my insurance does not require), and submitting my prior medical records, I arrived 15 minutes early only to be told the appointment had been cancelled. No one from the office had the courtesy or professionalism to notify me in advance. When I asked for clarification, the front desk staff member was dismissive and unprofessional, insisting that a cancellation text had been sent to my phone. This claim is false and demonstrates serious negligence by the office. No patient would disrupt their schedule, take time off work, and arrive early for an appointment they knew had been cancelled. It is entirely unacceptable for a medical office to cancel an appointment over a prior authorization process that the patient has no ability to complete—particularly when the insurance company does not require it. This practice is irresponsible, creates unnecessary hardship for patients, and reflects a fundamental lack of accountability. I am deeply concerned for elderly patients and others who may not be able to advocate for themselves when faced with this level of disregard. While I cannot comment on the quality of the physician’s care, as I was denied the opportunity to be seen, the conduct of the front desk staff was wholly unprofessional and unacceptable. This behavior should not be tolerated in any medical practice, and immediate corrective action is both necessary and expected. I would give zero stars if possible, as even one star feels far too generous given the experience.
Dr Alberto Aran do you even care about the patients that come to your practices. These reviews of your facilities are awful. This is a direct reflection of your vision and values. This place is disgusting. The waiting room & bathrooms are dirty. Dora the explorers at the front desk are extremely rude. Staff should attend classes on patient etiquette, english language & provider insurances. This all reflects on you…Shame
The staff and doctors were super helpful and friendly. They seem to have some problems with scheduling because it took one hour before I was able to see the doctor, and other patients were complaining about that too. But other than that is a good spot.
First time visiting this business. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The doctor was courteous. And my vision was 20/25 not bad, for a 66 year old.
