I will never go back to the Columbus clinic. I only had to go there as my provider had no appointments. I never requested for services to be done and the nurse said she was just going to do them so she just knew for peace of mind and also said don’t worry it will be covered by insurance…I received a huge bill…I disputed it and it got taken away back in February. It is now April and the bill is now back in my mychart…I will also add that the care at this facility and the doctor was not pleasant at all to my son nor myself…

Medical staff was great for our family. Almost everything went smooth until our last visit. My daughter had a UTI that was misdiagnosed so we brought her back in when she wasn't getting better. They eventually got it sorted out, but billed us for a catheter attempt that was not done correctly. We didn't pay the bill, called and they said the bill was in error. Got another bill, called, was told to ignore the bill and that it was resolved and we shouldn't see another one. Got another bill, called, got a different story telling us that the bill was not waived and they had no idea what we were talking about. Enough of a bad experience to have us go elsewhere.
Very nice updated facility for a small town. Super nice personal. Plenty of parking. Wheelchair accessible at all entrances. Wait times not very long. Insurance recommend!
Dr Nelson was kind and informative and it was a positive experience except for the Covid part
