The doctor knowingly gave me an incorrect eyeglasses and contact lens prescription. I had also specifically asked for Acuvue 2, and that he changed to Acuvue Oasys without my request or permission. The latter option is horrid. Terrible contact lenses. I’m thankful to my eye doctor in Janesville for listening to my requests, as I know what works best for me. That being said, I am disabled and on social security for it. Not having my accurate corrective lenses during that time made my disabilities pronounce them selves tenfold. I did survive, actually and truly, by the Grace of God. However, if I hadn’t, I would seriously want anyone investigated my death to look into why you messed with my vision. Don’t know that that could’ve caused a fatal car accident? I may have gotten into a catastrophic car crash that might have impacted may lives, and all because you are not qualified to be working in your position. Are you.

I’ve been going here a couple of years and have always received wonderful customer service from everyone. Especially one of the women who works in the eye glasses section. I believe her name is Char. Picking out glasses with my heavy prescription has always been difficult for me but I find myself always looking forward to her assistance. She’ll pick out a bunch of frames that she thinks will look good on me and then we sit and do a little ‘fashion show’ and she helps me narrow down the selection. When I leave I feel confident in my selection because of her level of involvement in the process. Thanks so much :)
I walk into this place looking for eye exam an glasses for my daughter. We felt discriminated for the fact of being Hispanics. The lady at the front desk was rude, she even asked if I needed an interpreter when I was perfectly talking English to her. Then she pulled this crazy pricing from I don’t know where, over $500 dollar just for the exam!! I definitely never putting my feet again on this place.
I had gone to this clinic for years and used to recommend to everyone looking for a new eye doctor. I went to my appointment with Dr Sheets when he took over and cannot consciously recommend anymore. I felt like the appointment was extremely rushed (especially after, when he seemed to push me out the door and didn't even ask if I wanted to order glasses or contacts), like he didn't read over my chart to understand my history, and he did not explain any of the drastic changes he made to my prescription (just stated "this is easier"). I didn't believe my prescription was correct, especially when my migraines started to come back and worse, and had to pay close to $200 out of pocket for a second opinion, only to find out that he definitely did not give me even close to the correct prescription! I would recommend a different clinic to anyone looking for eye care as this one seems to only care about the money coming in from patients now and not about the patients needs or giving quality care.
I had a very poor experience at this place over these past few months. I wanted to transition to be able to wear contact lenses. Original vision doctor did the exam and I ended up with the wrong/inaccurate prescription for contact lenses which I found out a few months later after another exam after the new vision doctor took over. I had to have a 2nd exam due to complications from wearing contact lenses based on the first exam. Second exam did not go much better and still had complications after it. The place provided what I feel like is insufficient training in showing me how to wear contacts which I learned on my own afterward, which made everything worse. Wish I had known the correct way to wear and maintain my contacts and not relied completely on the teaching this place provided! What a mess for me and I'm so frustrated at this experience. It was horrible! I actually lost quite a bit of money on contacts which I ended up not being able to use, along with other costs which ended up being a waste. I feel like this would have been much better if this place provided better service for me. Everything was so rushed and I felt like my desire to transition to contact lenses was handled poorly! The whole experience for me was just a mess and very disappointing! When I returned to get a pair of glasses that experience was not much better and I felt like the lady there was rushing me to make a decision about frames which I did not appreciate at all. The billing was also a mess which I only found out about after it was too late. I have given up on this place due to this experience and now go somewhere else with better service and which seems more thorough and professional in how they handle things.
