The day started out bad. I stepped on my 500 dollar glasses and bent them on both sides 90 degrees. I took them to St John’s Eyecare and in less than 30 minutes my glasses were expertly bent back to new specifications. The service was 5 stars. Thank you so much!
It is a wonderful place for eye exams. Minimal waiting time, kind and pleasant people in all positions, and very professional staff!! I wish to mention the names of the staff that was so very nice and helpful: Dr. John, Olivia, Judy, Sapphire, Tatum, and Paisley!!!! I was nervous at first because of the poor reviews online but it was so very far from the truth! I highly recommend this place! Barbara G.
My experience here was absolutely amazing! I called around 9am with an emergency and they got me in for a 10:45am appointment. Took me to the back within minutes once I got there. Dr. Lennon was very caring and attentive to everything that I had going on. The techs were absolutely amazing and kind hearted. I also witnessed a situation with an angry patient, and they handled the situation so professionally. I will recommend this place to everyone looking for a provider.
Came in this morning of an appointment. Problem, I had the wrong date. This mistake was taken in great and was rescheduled with a smile and professionalism i wish everyone used. All the women at the front desk, Ashley, Paisley, Saphire, and Olivia were awesome and are always that way. This is the one doctors appointment I look forward to coming to. Thank you so much ladies, can't say enough.
Great experience!! I had not been to an eye doctor in many years. Got right in, hardly any wait. Two days prior I got a floater in my right eye.. freaked me out a bit. They got me in a day later. The doc explained everything to me. Pointed out the what was going on in my eye in the photos. Ordered glasses great at a great price too. Sorry didn’t take photos.
