Fantastic staff!! Doctors are excellent and thorough explaining things as they do them to make you feel assured and involved in the process. Great little, office comfortable and even inviting for the kids. Quick response to communication and getting you prescription filled.
What a beautiful office! The staff is all incredible. I felt so well taken care of. Every step of the way, each test was explained. I learned so much today, but I also was just so impressed with the entire staff and all the processes. It was so smooth! I can’t wait for my new glasses to come in. Thank you again!
I’ve been going to St Lucy’s for 3 years now and really like everyone that works there. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted, the check-in process is quick. They have water and coffee available. Then they efficiently take you through the eye exam process keeping you updated on what they are doing while ensuring everything is properly disinfected right in front of you - I appreciate this measure. When the optometrist sees you, they make sure you understand and can ask questions. Also, the office is clean and well cared for. And their equipment is also in great shape.
Love this practice and office. They are one of the most courteous and efficient I have ever been to! Dr Stephen’s demeanor is so reassuring and professional. I feel like I am well cared for and appreciated here at the same time I am receiving top notch and state of the art eye care! SO GLAD I FOUND THIS PLACE!!!!
Every visit at St. Lucy's is amazing. You are greeted and welcomed with a smile and true glad that you are here voice. The staff is very knowledgeable and explain every step of the visit making sure you understand the process. Dr. Le is caring, helpful and makes sure to give you her undivided attention. She is helpful and thorough. Truthfully, the best place to have your vision checked. Went yesterday for my follow up with Dr. Le after my cataract surgery.😁😁😁😁 It was yet another wonderful experience.
