Staff is always welcoming and kind even when understaffed. They are very helpful even if you are unsure what kind of glasses frames you want or like. They will bring out as many as it takes to help you find the right pair for you. They have a wide selection of brands, colors, and styles to choose from. They let you know how the frames look on you which, ones they like best. If you have any worries or concerns about anything regarding fit, frames, lenses, pickup times, etc the staff is knowledgeable and able to put your concerns at easy. I really enjoy coming here for frames. I don’t feel rushed and everything is explained to me clearly.

Just had an awesome experience at my eye exam today. From the moment I walked in, everything was smooth and efficient. The staff was welcoming, professional, and made the whole process feel easy. I was honestly surprised at how fast everything moved without feeling rushed. The optometrist took the time to explain things clearly, answered my questions, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Overall, super personable team, great energy, and a really well-run office. Definitely one of the best healthcare experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend!

They are so sweet and kind and help me every step of the way with glasses and making sure I feel comfortable with them.the Doctor is amazing fast and efficient I always recommend it to friends and family. Pam she was so patient and helped me so much the staff is also so sweet and always says Hi when u walk it. Its always a pleasure.

Dr was great!!! Very thorough!!! The ladies were perfect with helping myself and my wife and daughter with our new RayBan glasses!!!! We love coming here!!!! We get the reminder with next appointments are do which is a great help!!!!! Thanks guys for keeping us informed and keep up the great work!!! David Romero & family

The staff is very professional and nice!! The doctor was amazing!! He explained everything. The staff also reviewed my benefits and I was able to get a new pair of glasses for free. The appointment was on time and went great!! Highly recommend!!
