I had a great experience ,The selection of glasses is excellent, and the quality is really impressive. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very professional. I especially want to mention the manager, who was extremely kind and attentive. He made sure I found the perfect pair of glasses and took the time to explain everything clearly. His customer service was outstanding and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality eyewear and excellent service

I visited Stanton Optical and had a really nice experience. They have a good variety of glasses to choose from, and everything was well organized. The manager was very welcoming and helpful, making sure I was satisfied with my choice. Overall, great service and a smooth visit. I would come back again

Don’t bother scheduling an appointment at this place, especially closer to 5. Apparently the doctor leaves around 5:15 so if you’re 10 minutes late, they won’t take you in at all and they wont be available for another week. Didn’t bother calling to make sure I was still coming or anything and the ladies at the front were rude, snarky and dismissive about me being late. If you need a place that will set aside enough time for you as a patient, don’t come here. I also want to add that I’ve done more research on Stanton Optical and they apparently don’t train their optometrists well and will often pull a bait and switch on you where you think you’ll be talking to an in-person Dr and it’s instead just a telehealth appt. Their own website also says that exams last around 25 minutes so it’s crazy that this Dr scheduled a conference call for himself only 15 minutes after my appt. time. Being turned away today was most definitely a blessing in disguise. I will be using Groupon to get a discounted price for an eye exam at an actual reputable company. (Which includes a $200 credit for glasses and comes out to be even less than Stanton’s $70+ exam fee btw).

He made the process of picking out new frames actually enjoyable rather than stressful, offering honest advice on what looked best.
