New Man with an eye in town Wonder service! Made my appointment same day no wait… If they have your prescription they will make them SAME DAY . Store was very clean and alot of new updated frames. I was very overwhelmed but Jesse helped me the whole way through, absolutely amazing service. Stanton optical has free exams going on at this time if you don’t have insurance through your job. Sales was better than my insurance would have offered me. Top brands you know and love Jesse can show you where to go. Jesse really made it easy for me and my family and I thank you. We visited Stanton Optical in Jacksonville for an emergency pair of glasses right before leaving our hotel at 2:00 PM to head to Orlando. Since we don't live in the area, we were on a tight schedule for our trip to Disney World. Carolina and Hannah were absolutely outstanding. Even while multitasking and helping other customers at once, they made sure we never felt left out or rushed. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and brought a wonderful, positive vibe to the store. Knowing we were in a hurry to get on the road, they even went above and beyond by recommending great local spots for us to grab Disney World souvenirs! Thanks to their quick work, my glasses were ready in under two hours, and we made it on the highway right on time. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing experience here today. Andrew was phenomenal as he and his associate Caroline (I think that’s her name) helped me with my exam. Although I had no insurance, they still worked with me and my budget. My kids were customers first and loved them. Now, I will be a returning customer!! Thanks so much!! I can’t wait until my glasses are ready. I will rate my experience HANDS DOWN 5 star and will recommend them to anyone needing new glasses or contacts.

Jesse and Nosaiba were amazing! Very personable, professional and friendly. Everything and easy and smooth, the store was clean and had a wide selection of frames to choose from. Jesse and Nosaiba went above and beyond and I can't wait to receive my glasses and contacts!

Faster than ordering online! I came in for a quick exam because I needed affordible glasses now and could not wait 2 weeks to order online. I'm usually scared to go to the eye doctor, so I had waited until my last pair could no longer be fixed. Carolina was so calming and provided such excellent customer service that I actually look forward to coming back to get contacts added on next month. For this visit I was on a limited budget, so I only got the basic glasses special (2 pairs and a free exam for $80.) They have fancier options and premium frames available for those who care about how they look. But even the glasses from the special look and feel fantastic. I was able to pick up my first pair 24 hours after the exam because they were able to make them in house. My second pair should arrive in 2 weeks, which is more than fine. I will definitely be back for more glasses and contacts soon! With summer coming up, I'm going to need 2 more pairs with tint for the beach.
