I came in for an eye exam and had a great experience. When I called to schedule my appointment, I was told that my Contact Club membership was still active, so I went ahead and booked the visit. When I arrived, Kristina at the front desk greeted me warmly and was very kind and professional. After checking my information, she informed Radimir about my appointment. Radimir then called me over and explained that my Contact Club membership had actually expired. However, because I had been told over the phone that it was active, he honored the request and made sure I was taken care of. Radimir was incredibly professional, understanding, and helpful throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service, and I truly appreciated his willingness to help resolve the situation. On top of that, the office was extremely clean, organized, and welcoming. The overall attention and care I received were outstanding. Thank you, Radimir and Kristina, for making my visit such a positive experience. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this office to others!

I had such a good experience with Radimir and Christina. I went in to get my vision checked and buy new glasses, and I was honestly super stressed because I was running behind and had work the next day. My vision is really bad to the point where I genuinely can’t function normally without glasses, so this wasn’t something I could put off. Radimir was seriously so kind, attentive, and patient the whole time. I took forever trying things on (literally probably an hour to an hour and a half ), kept changing my mind, asking for prices on different options, and he never once made me feel rushed or annoying. He explained pricing really well, helped me understand what made the most sense for me, and quoted me on every single frame/product I liked. He made the whole process feel way less overwhelming. Christina was also super sweet and patient and just made everything feel comfortable overall. You can tell they actually care and want to help instead of rushing people through. I’ll definitely be recommending people here and bringing others in. Thank you guys again 🫶🏻

Customer service was amazing! I was attended by Christiana and she was very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I ordered contact lenses and glasses and everything arrived within a week or less. I took my own frames and they were very well taken care of. I’m super satisfied with the results and with communication during the week with updates.

hello , i had the best experience here today and every time i come weather its for my son or me or wife and we are always blown away with the service and attention to detail when it comes to help us. They always go above and beyond and leave us so happy and satisfied. Nick , christiana , cristina , radimir were awesome and i will not being going anywhere else for all my optic needs .

My glasses broke. Came back to Stanton on 49th st Hialeah. They took care of my problem with no issues. Ended up just paying for new frame in stead of having to get a new prescription. They swapped out the lenses. Thank you!!!
