We had a great experience at Stanton Optical Kendall. Juan, store manager was very helpful and knowledgeable, he researched my husband's prescription and offered us the best solution. Thank you so much for your help, Juan, it truly made a difference. The customer service was excellent!
I came in desperate with my glasses broken, and I explained my situation to WANDA and the other lady at the office. Without hesitation, WANDA went out of her way to help fix my glasses. Meanwhile, the other lady was a little rude, but WANDA’s kindness and willingness to help completely changed my experience. It’s very hard to find people with a genuine heart and customer service like WANDA’s in Miami. I’m truly grateful for her help and compassion during such a stressful moment.
Super helpful! I went it to ask some questions on behalf of my parents to save them the trip. They gave knowledgeable answers about their glasses and adjustments that could be made. Saved them a trip and they went above and beyond.
This office is amazing they go above and beyond for customer service and professionalism. I have been helped with Wanda & the staff many times and it never changes its amazing customer service and the prices are always great. I will definitely refer anyone needing contacts / new lenses to this office. Everytime I have needed adjustments / cleaning / nose pads / or my nephew throwing a ball and throwing off the glasses adjustment they fix and put it right back to normal. Don’t hesitate to come to this office for sure best in miami. Top tier service !!!!!!
Wanda was incredibly condescending even before walking up to the counter. Customer service training is highly encouraged. It was my first time trying to get an eye exam and walked right out. Word of advice: customers shouldn’t be on the receiving end of personal frustrations.
