I had the best experience here! It was so quick and easy, they got to my appointment on time and were very helpful. Teisa was especially amazing. She sat with me and took the time to find the best contacts/glasses in the price range I needed. She was very nice and helpful and definitely made this visit amazing!!
I hadn't had an eye exam in several years. I went in because a family member told me about the walk-in exams. I'm a small business owner so insurance is a touchy subject. I was greeted by a warm, exuberant young woman named Mayti (I'm not sure I'm spelling that correctly, but it sounds like "Mighty") She took very good care of me and breezed through my exam. She was a a very helpful and patient, which is especially rare these days. We need more people like her. She's one of the good ones. Teisa (I'm not sure I'm spelling that correctly either) was the eye doctor that took care of me next. She was so patient with an indecisive old timer like myself. She was very informative and extremely helpful. She helped select the perfect pair of glasses and at a cost that didn't break the bank. These ladies are absolute angels. Highly recommend this location.
(Honestly deserves 20 stars!) Michael at Stand-Up Optical provided absolutely amazing customer service. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and took the time to answer every single question I had. What truly stood out was his honesty—you can genuinely trust his guidance, which is rare to find nowadays. Michael was very sweet, professional, and made the entire experience comfortable and stress-free. If I could give this store 20 stars, I absolutely would. I highly recommend visiting this location— especially if Michael is working. It truly doesn’t get more honest and genuine than that

Ms. Teisa is the most amazing person I’ve ever met at a Stanton Optical. She spent over 30 minutes with me making sure my insurance coverage would work and walked me through the entire process with such kindness and patience. Please ask for her as shes amazing.
