We had a great overall experience. They had a very large selection of frames. My fiancé got both his frames and his contacts from here for a very reasonable price. Very friendly and helpful staff! They were accommodating to our ESA dog Kipp the Scottie which was huge for us!

Absolutely the worst glasses hands down I've ever owned since wearing glasses. Don't fall for their specials either, selection is horrible. I bought 2 pair not even a year ago, within a month the screws all came out. Didn't get maybe 3 months out of 1 pair, the second pair are barely hanging on, but the lenses are trashed, coating is all but gone and scratched up. 2 pair for $99 they said. But I still paid over $400. You think you're getting a deal, but it will cost way more in the long run because they will need replaced well before a good solid brand would. But hey, if don't take my word for it, I'll see you here soon. Oh yeah, and 1 more thing I forgot to add and y'all won't believe this. So I was getting way too many text adverts (why? Is it necessary to text deals and specials within a month of me buying new glasses? Got to give me at least 2 or 3 months before they break)but I opted out of the texts. It was a few months of not receiving any bombardment until last week when they got a new number, and the texts started all over again! Yes, the text said this is our new number. Unbelievable stanton, I guess since it's a new number I have to opt out of adverts that I already opted out of. It's not too often I regret being a customer somewhere, but this place really makes sure if you didn't hate them before, they'll push and push until you don't even want to see their sign or hear their name.

I have been wearing glasses for several years, I've never had a frame break, ever ! How crappy the customer service was and is at Stanton Optical I paid a lot for my glasses the most expensive pair I ever had to get, (not worth the money they changed). I go in to get some help, because now I can't see, and completely blow me off , the manager never tried to help at all, thank you for your concern about me being able to see. I will never forget this, and I will never be back in your store and with the way you treat people needing help, shame on you. P.S. I got my glasses fixed with out your help. Thank you , for nothing. Went for my two pair for $79. Took my eye prescription with me. And they had no selection whatsoever for that price. I picked two pair that I absolutely do not like. Their selection is terrible. They need to do better.

I have gotten my eye exams and glasses from Stanton for years but last year I ended up going elsewhere. To a place that boasts $50 costs while charging significantly more. It was such a horrible experience that I booked my next eye exam at Stanton again. My glasses, 2 pairs, were done in a few hours while the other place took almost a month. My prescription is more accurate, at least that's what my eyes are telling me by decreased pain, and I'm much happier with the price. Don't waste your time, money, or eyesight with competitors. Just stick with Stanton.
