New location is easy access next to Belk Department Store I. Pensacola mall. Had vision checked in store also by Dr. Starr. My wife and I both ordered two pairs of glasses taking advantage of their 50% off frames and lenses offer. All went well and terrific staff. My second pair was missing the blue mirror finish matching the blue frame as ordered. Glasses sent back to Lens shop to complete the order correctly, to be picked up in 10-14 days. Would recommend them to you all.

Best experience ever buying glasses. Everyone took time to be kind and friendly without any form of criticism or embarrassment. Their technology was amazing and reduced the time to get to the right prescription. Vicky is in fact the most qualified and knowledgeable person who has ever configured a pair of glasses for me. They are in the mall next to Dillards. That was the only question that needed an answer. Its worth your time.

I strongly recommend visionworks to get your eye exam & glasses from. They are very professional, informative, and they get you in and out in a timely manner. DR Star is one of the best optometrist in NW Florida. I will definitely be back.

Visionworks is the best place ever to select a new pair of glasses. They patiently explain all the different choices you have selecting your glasses and then stay there with you to help you. I did not feel rushed at all which was important to me. We've been going there for about 25 years and I would never change!

I was visiting Cordova Mall from Louisiana. My glasses were hurting my nose. Rachel was so kind to change my nose pads. She was very sweet and knowledgeable. Recommend highly.
