Such a great experience here! The staff (Arlene, Yareli, and Leo) was welcoming from the moment I walked in. Arlene, who helped me pick out my glasses was incredibly helpful and patient, and Yareli who did my eye exam was thorough, kind, and made everything easy to understand. Overall the whole team was wonderful. Highly recommend this place!

Karen went above and beyond to help me after I had issues in the past with some lenses. She shows exemplary customer service that is not often seen in the Imperial valley. Other staff members who stood out where Leo and Arlene. They disayed kindness and patience where maybe other other establishmentwould not have. I walked in without an appointment and was taken care of right away. I had a wonderful experience, they were very friendly and knowledgeable! Karen the Manager made sure my visit was pleasant, they have great and affordable deals.
