Excellent Experience from start to finish! I immediately felt welcomed by the whole staff. Hanin helped me through the whole Eye Exam which included an ultrasound as well as selecting frames that perfectly matched my face. I am definitely glad I came here and I can see why they have a lot of good reviews. Thanks Hanin and staff!

Absolutely incredible staff. Big shout-out to Haykel, Noor, John and Seevar! Best customer service around, great selection of frames, great deals, and fast turnaround to get my glasses and contacts. Something I wasn't expecting was the virtual optometrist and I felt a bit rushed but the staff more than made up for that. I'm so thankful I found this place!

I got frames a few days ago and there wasn’t a physician on the day to help me to be able to get a prescription. I put my current lenses into a $200 frame. Today I went in because the right side of my frame was loose. One of the ladies super nice mentioned replacing the frames and that should fix the problem. All looked fine when I left the first time. I went back in because when I called the associate over the phone mentioned coming back in to talk to the lady that helped me. I wanted to know if she replaced the frames or just tighten my current ones. When I arrived the second time I was told the lady was on lunch and if wanted to return in an hour. I explained my concern because the right side was crooked but not loose anymore. Two difference associates didn’t see the crooked side of my frame and mentioned can’t keep replacing frames. As well as that probably happened because the frames that they picked out when I paid for the frames aren’t to fit my lenses. As well as there’s wear with all glasses. I have worn glasses for 30 years and never had to go back until I needed a new prescription. Am I crazy or is it not crooked?

My experience at Stanton Optical was great!. I went in for a contact lens exam. Brandon was so helpful from the second I walked in to the end. He helped me through the whole process made me very comfortable. The two girls (sorry dont remember names) were great the whole staff all have great customer service, same day appointment was great. Affordable prices

He took the time to answer all my questions, made sure I was comfortable, and helped me choose frames that fit both my needs and style. What stood out most was how mindful and understanding he was of my recent accident. He showed genuine care and patience, which made the experience much easier and more comfortable for me.
