I had a great experience with Maya. She was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the entire process. She assisted me with putting in my contact lenses and also helped administer my eye test. She took the time to answer my questions, made me feel comfortable, and provided excellent customer service. I truly appreciated her patience and attention to detail. It’s clear that she cares about her patients and wants to make sure they have a positive experience. Thank you, Maya, for all your help! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for quality eye care and outstanding customer service.

I came in a few days ago, to see if I could find the glasses I wanted. Jennifer approached me with a kind smile and a positive attitude. She answered all my questions and helped me get the right glasses! Im definitely going to come back!

I was under the impression my glasses were 2 pair for $79 dollars. Although my eye exam on 6-29-26 was free I didn’t get my glasses the same day in fact I’m still waiting on them, receipts shows delivery in 2 weeks… The ads on TV and written flyers state 2 pair for $79 and wait time about 30 mins for glasses. My total got for my 2 pair was $428…….although the staff was nice once I get my glasses I will not go back. Very disappointed……

A tale of two optical departments I was having a nightmare of a problem with a previous optical department. I came into Stanton because I needed to get some glasses pronto, because my frames were breaking. Christopher helped me out tremendously by showing me what glasses frames were at my budget level and how long it would take. My glasses came in three days earlier than expected and I'm excited that I can see again. I do suggest that not just the Lodi office but all Stanton Opticals get the heated sand boxes. This helps assist making the arms of glasses frames tighter or looser depending on the customer's needs.

Made an appointment online. Seemed easy. Drug my teenager out of bed before 9 am on summer break to DRIVE 31 minutes to get there because I do not live in town. There is no Optometrist in my town but I will go to wal mart from now on because when I got there there, after waiting for a good 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge us, they then told me that they don't KNOW if they can see my son today because they are waiting for IT to call them back. They can text me the day before to remind me to be there but can't text me to tell me it will be a waiste of my time and GAS to show up. Thanks for waisting my money. I will never use Stanton again.
