Everyone was so nice and welcoming. I wish I had paid attention to the girl’s name that assisted myself and my children through all the steps before seeing the Dr. She could not have been any sweeter! Literally one of the kindest most thoughtful girls. Such a beautiful girl inside and out! She just made all of us feel like a million bucks with her kind words and energetic actions. Thank you so much! We definitely will be back! ♥️

I had a very very professional experience at Zeiter Eye Medical Group Inc. The staff greeted me with warmth and professionalism. The doctor was also very professional and informative. I didn't realize I had a stye over my right eyelid.The doctor told me to use warm towels. If it has not decreased in size I will have a procedure done when I return in two months .I am sorry if I can't remember his name.i recommend thr Zeiter Eye Medical Group inc.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. John Zeiter and his amazing staff. I have been struggling with dry eye issues, and Dr. Zeiter has been incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and efficient in helping me find solutions. He truly takes the time to listen to concerns, explain everything clearly, and make sure you feel comfortable and cared for throughout the process. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and wants the best outcome for them. What also stands out is how wonderful his entire staff is. Everyone is kind, welcoming, professional, and compassionate. From the moment you walk in, you feel cared for and respected. It’s rare to find a doctor’s office where both the physician and staff are equally attentive and truly invested in patient care. I was called into exam room on time. The tech checked my eyes then told me he needed to dilate my eyes since I hadn’t been seen for a few years. Had to wait for them to dilate then back into the exam room and waited for the doctor. I met Dr. Simon for the first time. He was very friendly and explained everything he was checking for and told me the results of my exam. Overall the visit was good and other than waiting for what I felt was a few minutes too long, no complaints.

I always receive an 8am appointment and never have to wait more than five minutes. The medical assistants are knowledgeable and kind. Dr. John Jr. explains things well and does a thorough examination. On the way out I had a question regarding billing. The front office person promptly called the billing department and my question was quickly answered. I've always had a pleasant experience at the Zeiter office in Lodi. I highly recommend!
