Great doctor, friendly front desk staff, and quick turn around to get my glasses! The gal in the front really supported me in choosing the right frames for me! Highly recommend!!!
I've seen this optometrist three times since 2021 which is when I realized I had an infection of some sort. Well you know it's kind of like a broke down car if it's not breaking down when you take it to your mechanic it's not a whole lot they can do if they don't see it they don't see it okay so that's fair I can appreciate that what about when you come into her office with test that show you have an infection and not only do you have an infection it's a parasite infection and it's taking your eyesight slowly. My last visit with her was in March I believe this year 2024 I showed her one that came out of my eye she shrugged her shoulders she looked at me and she said you need real help she got perturbed with me and she insinuated that I needed mental assistance.. really I do?? No I think you need to stop being narrow-minded I think that your a doctor and you took an oath and I think that you should really listen to your patients instead of just blowing them off cuz it turns out I have a mosquito vector borne infection and you could have really been a a good link in solving this whole mystery and could have not only helped make my life better but you could have learned something and gained some much-needed insight on your own career. Yeah for face value she's great she's nice but just don't give her any real obstacles because thats when everything turns bad.
Very poor service . the girls in the front seem to be confused and have poor communication skills towards eachother , i was told my glass would take 5-6 monthes to get here ridiculousle right ? Then i call the next day and am told there almost here i cant recieve a refund nor my prescription. 3 months now and still no glasses no refund i highly recommend nobody goes here unless you dont care for that long of a wait . Everytime i call they put on hold or they dont answer during business hours thats very unprofessional . My experiance walking in was even more disturbing i walked into the room behind the dr into a dirty room with everything used dr was very apologetic and sweet but they need to get it together this is so unprofessional.
I've been coming to Modern Optometric Eyecare on and off for years now. The staff and doctor have always been friendly and patient. Dr. Nguyen remembers me, even if a couple years pass between visits. I've never had a bad experience here and highly recommend.
Worst customer services. The girls in the front were so rude. I just picked up my glasses that took over a month to get there and they never called me that they had already arrived!!!!
