I had an excellent experience at Stanton Optical on Scenic Hwy. Allyson spoke with me on the phone before I even came in and was incredibly helpful from the start. She answered all of my questions, helped me sign up for Acima for the lease-to-own payment option, explained everything clearly, and gave me different options without any pressure. She was genuinely kind and patient. I arrived at the store a little later than planned, but Allyson was very welcoming and told me it was no problem at all. In the store, she helped me find my two favorite pairs of glasses, and I was happy they had what I wanted in stock. She took her time, answered all my questions, and was very sweet and professional throughout the entire process. The environment in the store was very peaceful and calm. I barely had to wait for my eye exam — they called me back very quickly. The eye exam itself was straightforward, painless, and simple. The doctors were accommodating and made the whole process easy and comfortable. Overall, this was a smooth, stress-free, and genuinely pleasant experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Stanton Optical on Scenic Hwy, and especially Allyson for her outstanding customer service.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Stanton Optical in Snellville! From beginning to end, the customer service was exceptional. Anna was AMAZING! She was incredibly attentive, kind, patient, and genuinely made sure I was taken care of throughout the entire process. What impressed me even more was that she remembered me from another optical location! That small detail really stood out and made the experience feel personal. She never rushed me, answered my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with everything. And then there’s Dill, the manager… 😂 Somebody needs to tell Dill that he needs to moonlight as a comedian! He is absolutely hilarious! His personality and sense of humor made the entire visit so much fun. It’s not often that you can go somewhere to take care of business and leave laughing and in an even better mood than when you walked in. Anna’s attentiveness and kindness combined with Dill’s great personality made this a true 5-star experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stanton Optical Snellville definitely has some gems on their team. Anna and Dill, thank you for making my visit such a great one! I highly recommend this location!

Awesome customer service and details. Micheal is an absolute best at explaining what was needed. Liz didn't break under pressure with clients, she remained very professional. Allyson was just great when I picked up my glasses answer all questions and explained through what to do and not. They have a really good team who truly understands customer service this means everything.

Had a great experience at the Snellville location. Mr. Dill was incredibly helpful, friendly, and easy to talk to. I’ve been prescribed glasses for years, but I’ve never been very consistent about wearing them. He took the time to explain what was going on with my vision and why my glasses are important in a way that actually made sense. He was respectful, funny, and patient, and I never felt judged for all the years I’ve neglected wearing my glasses. I left feeling much more informed and motivated to take better care of my eyes. Thank you, Dr. Dill, for taking the time to genuinely help me understand my vision.

The service here was absolutely amazing. Dell and Allison were absolutely phenomenal! Please give them a raise, they stayed late with us, since it was 3 of us. (Past closing time)They were both very knowledgeable and we felt like we were celebrities. Please thank them for us and tell them to continue the great work! Top stars all the way!
