Stanton Optical

The store manager and Optometrist were great. I even ordered contacts from them this is where the problem began. I was told 3 to 5 days for contacts yeah here I am almost 2 weeks later waiting still for my contacts to come in every time I come in the store it's they should be here tomorrow. Today is the first day I went in and someone told me they would actually call to find out where my contacts were. Will update when I finally get contacts

The Stanton in Columbus, IN. has been great. I live in TX and the 2 Stanton's I went to here in TX to get the $79 deal for 2 pairs never had any glasses to choose from. I was In Columbus, IN visiting family and stopped in to see what they had on display. They had a huge selection to choose from that were part of the $79 deal. Sonya was excellent at helping me pick out a frame that fits my face and she was able to ship the glasses to me. Everyone in the store working that day were very friendly.

This place is HORRIBLE called to make an appointment with someone that barely speaks English. told me it would be a $50 charge for being over 55 for the eye exam that says it is free with the 2 pairs of glasses it is sad that this place has age discrimination because they sed it was because I was 65 the place across the street at Americas best never done this to us I thought it would be cheaper because they advertise $79 but if you are over 55 they take advantage of you

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Stanton Optical in Columbus, Indiana, and I cannot say enough great things about Sonya and Stan! From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed and comfortable. Sonya is incredibly personable and genuinely takes the time to connect with you. She’s also extremely knowledgeable about everything from frame styles to lens options, and she walked me through all of my choices in such a clear and helpful way. It’s so refreshing to work with someone who truly knows her craft and cares about making sure you’re completely happy with your glasses. Stan was equally impressive — he is super friendly, accommodating, and goes out of his way to make sure your experience is smooth and stress-free. He helped me feel confident in my decisions and made sure I had everything I needed without feeling rushed or pressured. Both Sonya and Stan made what can sometimes feel like a chore into a fun and positive experience. I left Stanton Optical feeling taken care of and excited about my new glasses. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail make this location stand out, and I will absolutely be returning for all my eye care needs. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend visiting this store and asking for Sonya and Stan — they are a dream team and truly care about their customers! 😎

Charged a lot more then quoted, cheapest frames and lenses made. Won't fix the problems with the fit of the glasses. There's nothing good about this place. Very disappointed to say the least. Be prepared to pay high prices for cheaply made glasses and seems to be a lack of experience and knowledge from staff. Go anywhere else!
