Jaylah was amazing! So friendly and helpful. Very energetic with a great personality. Walked out the door and immediately told a coworker to come to see her. Kari (and another Kari that was helping cover for the day) was also super helpful and friendly. Honestly the best eye exam experience I've had.
My experience with Stanon optical was exceptional. The store is brand new and it is impeccable. I was greeted immediately when I walked in by both Jaylah and Kari. From the moment of intake to cashing out, these ladies provided me with the best care, helped me select frames and made sure I got the best value purchase. Jaylah performed my actual eye exam and was very professional and my prescription results came back extremely fast. I highly recommend Stanton Optical if you are looking for professional and considerate service. Jayley and Kori were absolutely fantastic! I went in there with the mind set of that I was going blind due to being a diabetic And I was immediately put at ease! The store was absolutely spotless including the bathroom ! Jayley went out of her way making sure the appointment was not only professional but also put a big smile on my face! A beautiful store and wonderful people. Dr. Mink was very kind and thorough with the examination and Brook and Kari even walked me through choosing frames and giving their opinion on how I looked. When they found out my particular prescription would take a while to get to the store, they even fixed up my old pair. All in all pretty nice place, would go again.
First time visiting here and I was very impressed. Very friendly staff and an overall relaxed atmosphere. Wasn’t expecting to walk out with new glasses but I did. Spent a little over 2 hours there from start to finish. Definitely have earned my business!
