Stanton Optical

I contacted Stanton Optical to schedule an appointment for a friend who is enrolled in Medicaid, as I was informed by the representative that they accepted Medicaid. Unfortunately, after my friend attended the appointment for an eye examination, they were informed that Stanton Optical does not accept Medicaid and that this information was not disclosed during the initial phone call. The sole reason for making the appointment was based on the assurance I received regarding their acceptance of Medicaid. This experience has been disappointing, and we do not intend to return to Stanton Optical in the future. I also regret placing my trust in the information provided by the staff member during the call.

I spent almost $300 on a pair of glasses with lenses and had insurance. What really makes me mad, is my lens has a scratch on it from cleaning with the appropriate clothe and they want to charge me $157 to replace 1 lens. I paid extra for scratch resistant....make sense to anyone?? Will never be back. I am going to order my glasses from Zenni

I came in today in desperate need of new glasses. My old glasses were scratched beyond belief and the coating was chipping away. I made an appointment, arrived soon after and was immediately greeted as I walked in. The whole staff was extremely friendly and helpful through each step of the process. Candy helped me pick out my new glasses…that I love by the way! She was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and professional!! She was never pushy but was informative. I got new glasses same day! The process and the staff couldn’t have been any better. Thank yall for the great experience today.

I had my annual exam and was even more impressed by Scarlett and the other teammates. Everything was easy and Scarlett was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She really knows her stuff!. After care is Amazing! I went in to tighten my frames that I bought 2 years ago. Nate fixed them and explained another option for me to keep my glasses from slipping. Bending the ear piece to better fit. He did it and its a huge difference! He even cleaned them. Nice!! Everyone tere is professional and warm. Ill be returning for next eye exam. Highly recommend. John was super helpful and attentive. He worked quickly and provided great customer service. Because of the excellent experience we had, our family will be using Stanton Optical for all of our eyeglasses needs moving forward.
