Visited this location today 7/7/26. The customer service was very poor. I came with a friend that wanted my help with picking out frames. When we entered, the two ladies that worked there were sitting down and never greeted us and they sat down the entire time. We walked around and looked at frames. I was helping her pick out frames. My friend was talking to the one lady with glasses, dark hair and a high bun/ponytail and she seemed to be very uninterested in helping my friend. When my friend asked her about how the frames she picked out looked, she was was looking disgusted and didn’t even try to get up and help her pick out frames. She sat down the whole time. Then when she picked out some frames she liked, the lady told her she couldn’t ring her up because the doctor had to be there to access her prescription information. Never heard of such bs. Overall she was horrible…..my friend won’t be doing business with them anymore.

I bought glasses for my son and they take more that a week when they told me in 3 days is here at the store🤦🏻‍♀️ .

They were excellent! Got me in on a walk in appointment just days before end of year benefits ran out.

I had purchased reader glasses some time ago. I needed an adjustment, and I was willing to pay some fee for service. The assistant made the adjustment and would not accept any payment. This is a huge change. Several years back, when the store was under a different owner, I had stopped in for an adjustment, and the employee at that time said my glasses were cheap and that I should consider buying new ones. What a welcome change in ownership and quality of service.

as a Medicaid client i anticipated a polite reception and fast dismissal. they could not have been nicer! Brent, the manager, took time to be sure all my questions were answered AND that i understood his answers.It should take 9 days before the glasses can be picked up. no problem - i look forward to going back!
