Originally were being seen at Walmart on Spence vision Center and the front office lady has such a horrible attitude. We decided to change places I shopped around and came upon Stanton and called and asked if they took our insurance and unfortunately they’re not in network however they have discount deals that are extremely affordable and personally I feel like they have a good selection for the value. They also have a quick turnaround time my daughter should be getting her glasses anywhere between 3 to 5 business days. They were extremely friendly. My daughter loved the lady that took her back for her exam. Miss Glenda and the gentleman was extremely informative, clarified everything in detail and we were able to walk out of there with a pair of frames ordered for less than $100 in my opinion, you can’t beat that my family will be coming back and using this place as our sole optometrist from now on.

Christopher and Glenda were the absolute BEST! I’ve never had an appointment where you walk in. Get the appointment done pick out your glasses and out all within an hour. Everything was smooth. They were so thoughtful. They were so patient with me. They even offered advice to listen to me when I explain what I want in class and help me pick out the perfect pair! I went just to get a free eye exam and I literally walked out with two new pair of glasses with a great deal and awesome customer service! I will definitely be back!

I visited the Goldsboro Stanton Optical today and received STELLAR service! AND I walked out same day with my 2 pair of glasses! Amber helped us and she is an absolute gem. I had my toddler daughter with me and Amber and the entire staff went above and beyond to make the both of us happy and comfortable. As a parent it is so refreshing to be able to bring my child and be embraced with nothing but kindness and warmth. Thank you Amber, Glenda and Nancy! You gained Stanton Optical a new loyal customer.

I had such a great experience at my eye appointment today! Marilyn and Diamond were incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me figure out what was going on with my vision. They took their time, answered all my questions, and worked hard to find the best solutions for me and helped me save money in the process! Customer service like that is rare these days. I don’t understand all the hatred torward this place. I had a good experience today with the staff. I arrived early for my appointment to look around a bit and felt very welcome by everyone. They were very straightforward with me in everything. The whole process was painless and easy. I will be getting my glasses in a few days. Thank you Stanton Optical for the good experience.
