I’ve never left a review before, but this place inspired me to break my streak. Walking into this business was like volunteering to be judged by a panel of teenagers who had just been promoted to upper management. Every interaction felt like I was interrupting them by being a customer. The entire staff acted as though they were personally doing me a huge favor by allowing me to spend money there. Special recognition goes to the older woman on staff, who somehow managed to combine aggressive and obnoxious into a single customer service style. It was honestly impressive. The grand finale? My lenses, which cost me about $800 after insurance, turned yellow after only a few months. When I brought them back, they acknowledged the issue was covered under warranty... and then tried to charge me to fix it anyway. ($200) That's a level of creativity usually reserved for scam emails. If you're looking for overpriced Walmart level eyewear and the customer experience of being trapped in a group project with the world's most arrogant classmates, this is the place for you. Everyone else should probably avoid it.

1 star is too much for this store. Went to get an eye exam for contacts and 1 year worth of contacts. I had a virtual eye exam and a new rx for contacts. The rx I was given was too strong for me. I went back and got a trial pair with a different strength which worked fine. I wanted to exchange them and they said it was over 60 days since I purchased them so they couldn't exchange them for me. The opened boxes I understand but not the unopened boxes. They aren't expired. They told me I could buy 6 months worth of the right prescription ones and they'd give me 6 months free but I don't feel I should have to swallow a free hundred dollars. Absolutely horrible customer service and will never ever set foot in there again. And the same response to my review as all the other complaints. Sorry but we can't do anything to help you and have a great day!

Great experience at the Lexington store. #0313..BROOKLYNN & ALI...Those ladies Rock! From the time ALI Answered the phone, she was willin to help me and did just that! I explained my issue with my daughter's glasses she searched on her end and I can hear her asking BROOKLYNN and researching information to help me out. ALI could of just said, we dont have the glasses your daughter needs and hung up!!! But she didn't!!! Told us to come in and let's see how we can help you, or order what u need to replace the glasses. So I got there within 15 mins. And the ladies welcomed my daughter and I all smiles very welcoming and I was very much pleased. They found my daughter's glasses under a different skew number and they work!! Saving me so money lol my kid was happy and I just thank them so much. Because I had other stores tell me we dont have them and thats it!! But BROOKLYNN AND ALI, has made our experience seamless! And I really want to Thank you ladies again for just putting a smile on my Daughter's face and saving me some money lol. These are the kind of ladies you want to KEEP on your Team.

Mrs. Brooke and her staff were absolutely amazing. My father has dementia, and Mrs. Brooke was incredibly patient, compassionate, and thoughtful throughout the entire visit. She took the time to make sure he was comfortable and well cared for, which meant a great deal to our family. The staff was friendly, professional, and attentive. Overall, it was an excellent healthcare experience, and I highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking quality and compassionate care.

I went to this location for a DMV eye exam. The doctor was fine, but the administrators would not accept his report that my vision was acceptable for the DMV. First they said that the DMV required 20/20 vision, and then said that my particular vision was not acceptable to the DMV, and would only sign my waiver if I bought glasses. When I showed them the statute detailing the vision requirements for South Carolina and forced them to admit that my vision was within the requirements according to their own doctor, the administrator said that they are not bound by state requirements. They would only sign my waiver if I bought glasses. I ended up going to another eye doctor who did follow South Carolina requirements and did sign my waiver.
