I had an excellent experience at Stanton Optical! Lo’shern, the Brand Manager, and Michelle, the Sales Manager, were absolutely amazing. They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I received the best service possible. We love this place. My husband got his prescription filled at Stanton. Jose was terrific! He help us pick the perfect frames and then helped with financing. Today we went back to adjust the glasses and Veronica assisted us, making everything perfect with a smile and truly excellent service. We're a customer forever!
Be very careful with this Stanton Optical. The company website states that a contact lens exam will come with a free pair of trial lenses. However, the website fails to mention that you must purchase lenses in order to get trials. Which is very odd. I needed something to wear asap as I was out of contacts and my glasses prescription was outdated. I was open to purchasing lenses but didn’t bother because they didn’t have trials available anyways. If you’re going to force people to pay $100s up front, then have the product available. I’ll be giving my money to 1-800 contacts instead. Well, I needed something to wear so I purchased glasses and left the store spending $265. This was more than I expected to pay. I’m really disappointed that Stanton Optical is not transparent. They target budge conscious customers with the promise of affordability. I regret visiting this business. Edit: The company did reach out and I appreciate their effort to improve my experience.
Lo'Shern is the BEST! From the appointment to explaining every little detail AND same day lenses in 15 minutes? I loved the level of detail and care I received today. Would gladly return again.
