This Stanton is amazing. Makiya the store manager is professional, honest, and hospitable. She gave me the best advice regarding my next check up and best package for my new pairs that includes free check up. The store itself was extremely presentable. Even the bathroom was amazing. I would highly recommend this store to anyone wanting peace of mind and assurance they are paying for optimum service and product.
I had an excellent experience with Eric during my recent visit. He assisted both my son and me with getting contact lenses and glasses, and his service was outstanding from start to finish. Eric was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain how everything would go during our visit, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. What stood out the most was his willingness to sit down with me and help find affordable options for both my contact lenses and my son’s glasses. He showed genuine care and patience, making sure we were comfortable with our choices and understood everything. Eric’s overall professionalism and character truly set him apart. With everything he manages in his role, he goes above and beyond, and it does not go unnoticed. He absolutely deserves recognition honestly, a big raise or even an opportunity for advancement. Price is so afforable. Makiya and Eric were terrific with my daughter! They took time to answer any and all questions I had. After noticing my glasses were loose, Eric offered to adjust and clean them for me, even though they were not purchased there. Fantastic customer service!
Service was fast and friendly. I was in a crunch and needed glasses quickly for my driver's license vision test. Austin was helpful and explained everything. I was away from home for an extended period and they were extremely patient with the time I kept the loaner glasses. Eric was also very friendly and efficient when my husband grabbed my glasses to overnight to me. A lady I spoke to when my glasses were ready also had excellent customer service skills. I really appreciate the team effort and overall pleasant experience.
This place was amazing, great service! I was in and out in no time and had my glasses the same day within the hour! The associates were super helpful and the atmosphere was very welcoming. Definitely recommend
